Recruitment step by step
1st step – sending the application

2nd step – analysis and selection of applications
We respond to every sent offer, and only selected candidates are invited to the interview.
3rd step – phone call
After the initial analysis of the CV, we contact the candidates who meet our expectations in order to arrange a meeting at the company’s headquarters or online.
4th step – job interview
The manager from the department you apply to will participate in the recruitment meeting. During the conversation we will talk about your professional experience, motivation and mutual expectations. We will tell you about the position, department, project and the company itself.
To find out more about the scope of your knowledge, a test will be carried out, which we will inform you in advance.
5th step – feedback
After completing the recruitment process, we will provide you with information on its results.
If you want to cooperate, we will present you an employment offer. After accepting the terms by both parties, we will propose a convenient date for signing the contract.
